6. Limited License
Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course for your personal educational use.
You may not:

- distribute
- sell
- sublicense
- upload
- publicly display
- modify
- create derivative works
without prior written permission.
7. AI-Generated Educational Content
Some educational materials on the Platform utilize artificial intelligence technology to enhance presentation and delivery.
All educational content, curriculum design, lesson planning, instructional materials, and intellectual property were created, reviewed, and approved by Professor Diamond Reynolds, CPA.
The use of AI technology does not transfer ownership of the content or diminish its originality.
8. Course Access
Unless otherwise stated during enrollment, students receive access to purchased courses for as long as the courses remain available on the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to:

Certificates of Completion recognize that a student completed the educational requirements established by the Platform.
Certificates:

Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless an approved payment plan is offered.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of course access.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand that policy.

Students agree to use the Platform respectfully.
Students may not:

14. Consultations
Separate consultation services are governed by separate consultation agreements.
Enrollment in the Platform does not include individualized consulting unless specifically stated.

The Platform makes no guarantee regarding:

- certifications

16. Limitation of Liability
